- What it is: a documentation service for warehouses, distribution centers, 3PLs and fulfillment sites.
- Deliverables: verified work instructions, exception decision trees, handoff standards, one page station cards, editable masters, a gap log with named owners.
- Technical document translation: integrator deliverables, WMS design specs, configuration notes and vendor training decks turned into short, role based documents that drive execution and can be refreshed in minutes.
- Exceptions: each one documented with a trigger, first action, decision owner, escalation path and re-entry condition.
- Timeline: about 21 days per workflow from kickoff to accepted documents. One or many workflows, scoped on the call.
- Client time: about 4 hours of a subject matter expert per workflow.
- Systems: verified against the WMS the site actually runs, including Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber, SAP EWM, Oracle or homegrown systems.
